Our renovation and capital planning projects range from complete renovations in Manhattan to repositioning full-service branded hotels in suburban markets. HHM provides hotel owners with a one-stop shop for hotel management and PIP execution. In a typical year, our dedicated team of 12 professionals renovates and performs brand PIPs on over 20 hotels.

Major renovation/ Re-flagging

CADILLAC HOTEL & BEACH CLUB – MIAMI BEACH, FL

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is among the most architecturally compelling hotels on Collins Avenue, known for Miami Beach’s famous modernist MiMo buildings. Now, with renovated rooms, public space, and outdoor amenities, it is the tastemaker of a new kind of Miami Beach experience embracing the local culture in ways that surprise and delight even the most seasoned of travelers.​

Shifting ​to an Autograph Collection by Marriott, this former Courtyard by Marriott has been open to guests since 1940 and is now home to an elite Miami Beach hote​l. Our internal renovations team repositioned this hotel to meet the four star standards of the Autograph Collection including a significant food and beverage outlet enhancement.

Major renovation/ Re-flagging

FREEPOINT HOTEL – CAMBRIDGE, MA

Conversion from a Best Western Plus to a 121-key boutique hotel in the Independent Collection, including a uniquely designed aesthetic to target the Cambridge audience. Freepoint’s renovation included a complete overhaul of the guestroom areas, and a re-imaging of all public spaces including a new indoor/outdoor courtyard and implementation of a new bar and F&B concept.

Cambridge’s demand drivers in bio-tech, R&D, and education have propelled consistent economic and market RevPAR growth; the challenging development environment has kept new lodging supply additions low. HHM partnered with Joyce Design for Architecture and Dash Designs for interior design. The project was completed in April 2017.
