Sales & Marketing
With over 100 years in combined experience, our sales management team provides one-on-one coaching and sales training to maintain property-level focus on the bottom line. The sales team creates action plans by property which include weekly, monthly and quarterly oversight. Over the past two decades, our team has developed deep nationwide relationships across consortia, corporate and business transient accounts, tour & travel operators, government, and collegiate sports segments. We work with top producing group and business travel customers nationally and our leaders, who serve on multiple advisory boards, are nationally recognized. Our most powerful advantage, however, is our unrelenting focus on targeting sales using the latest market data and keeping our "feet on the street" to drive relationships and sales.
Finance & Accounting
Our proprietary technology minimizes property costs and allows operators to focus more on driving revenue and superior guest service, making us a preferred provider of accounting services to other third-party management companies. We also deploy proprietary forecasting tools to help ensure dynamic adjustments to our cost models on a real time basis.
