A $6 Million Renovation - Complete with Podcasts

Conversion from a Best Western Plus to a 121-key boutique hotel in the Independent Collection, including a uniquely designed aesthetic to target the Cambridge audience. Freepoint's renovation included a complete overhaul of the guestroom areas, and a re-imaging of all public spaces including a new indoor/outdoor courtyard and implementation of a new bar and F&B concept.Cambridge's demand drivers in bio-tech, R&D, and education have propelled consistent economic and market RevPAR growth; the challenging development environment has kept new lodging supply additions low. HHM partnered with Joyce Design for Architecture and Dash Designs for interior design. The project was completed in April 2017.
