HHM Hotels’ eCommerce team is at the heart of driving industry-leading and best-in-class web direct contributions to our top-line revenue generation. With an average portfolio web contribution of 30%, especially notable at our independent hotels, web direct bookings continue to be significantly more profitable than OTA bookings. We partner with our sales, marketing, and revenue teams to maximize online visibility, conversions, and revenues through an optimal mix of tactical search engine optimization (SEO) and strategic search engine marketing (SEM).

We utilize the latest web technology to implement customized digital strategies that convert visitors into revenue with a range of digital services which support hotels, restaurants, and spas. Finance & Accounting

Our proprietary technology minimizes property costs and allows operators to focus more on driving revenue and superior guest service, making us a preferred provider of accounting services. Sales & Commercial

With over 100 years of combined experience, our sales management team provides one-on-one coaching and sales training to maintain property-level focus on the bottom line. The sales team creates action plans by property which include weekly, monthly, and quarterly oversight. Over the past two decades, our team has developed deep nationwide relationships across consortia, corporate and business transient accounts, tour & travel operators, government, and collegiate sports segments. We work with top producing group and business travel customers nationally and our leaders, who serve on multiple advisory boards, are nationally recognized. Our most powerful advantage, however, is our unrelenting focus on targeting sales using the latest market data and keeping our “feet on the street” to drive relationships and sales.

Marketing Studio

Our dynamic team of marketing and communications experts brings decades of experience from a variety of industries including hospitality, food and beverage, spa and wellness, membership clubs, brand partnerships, and performance venues, among many others.
