HHM provides turn-key hotel management services to more than 125 hotels across the United States. In the past ten years, HHM has nearly quadrupled its portfolio of managed hotels. Currently, HHM has more than 15,000 rooms and over $900mm in revenues under management. HHM’s full service division currently operates over 25 hotels ranging from upscale to luxury and continues to grow. HHM recently launched an independent hotel division, called the “Independent Collection”, which features 20 iconic lifestyle hotels ranging from urban jewels to beachfront resorts.

Our hotel management services
We currently provide asset management for full service hotels affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, and Starwood. Institutional investors and owners retain us exclusively to provide systematic budget and capital improvement reviews, financial statement analysis, sales and marketing evaluations, overviews for proper implementation of objectives and strategies, financing and debt restructuring, and internal controls.
Our property-level teams are passionate about delivering superior guest service, retaining and developing associates, and continually analyzing key factors that measure performance. In the past year, we have funded several above-property positions to support our growth and remain focused on property level financial performance and guest satisfaction. In order to best support our hotel teams, each region is provided with dedicated resources in operations, engineering, revenue management, sales and accounting.
Sales & Marketing
With over 100 years in combined experience, our sales management team provides one-on-one coaching and sales training to maintain property-level focus on the bottom line. The team’s Action Plan includes weekly, monthly and quarterly oversight and our E-commerce expertise is recognized with brand advisory roles with Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, and IHG.
Our consistently proactive revenue management practices focus on identifying trends early in the cycle and maximizing these opportunities. Our revenue directors are deployed specifically against each hotel’s needs, focusing on local demand opportunities and supported by our proprietary revenue management intelligence systems.
Over the past two decades, our team has developed deep nationwide relationships across consortia, corporate / BT accounts, tour & travel operators, government, and collegiate sports segments. We work with top producing group and business travel customers nationally and our leaders are nationally recognized and serve on multiple advisory boards.
We provide centralized accounting, property audits, internal controls, and reporting to public company standards. Our proprietary technology minimizes property costs and allows operators to focus more on driving revenue and superior guest service, making us a preferred provider of accounting services to other third party management companies.
